Club Bitz Box

If you have any feedback or suggestions about the club whether be the website, Facebook, or the general running of the club post here.

Maybe you would like to see the club hat returned, or more 6mm scifi terrain for epic, whatever it may be we cant promise to deliver it but the committee will see it.

Club Bitz Box

Postby sjjones » 07 Feb 2017, 23:30

Unsure if it's been suggested before - but how about a communal bitz box for bits left over from sprues? Could be another member's treasure - especially with conversions or base stuff?

Might be a good idea to have an extension of the trading post.... more specifically a bits post. You could even moderate it Sam

Doesn't hurt - I was thinking more along the lines of a physical box at the club which people can pop bits left over on sprues for other's - especially if they have no use for them.

Not a of the idea myself (I am just thinking of the negative side, of someone being too greedy)

But long term if this is taken up I would suggest something like these plastic compartment trays that Wilko and other places do with lids.

Tj

After we throw out knackered bits of terrain we may have a spare box

I meant as a way to keep it organised.

It may be fun digging through a mountainous box of bits but it may cause a bottleneck :)

You probably could get a second box quite easily by clearing the admin box, no idea whats in there it just grew over time.

Luke, I'm with T-J - a way of sorting bits could be useful (i.e. arms, guns, shields etc). Shouldn't be too expensive to purchase such a container or two.

Could be worth at least sorting between games i.e. 40k Bitz, AOS/Fantasty Bitz,

I've a load of Undead bitz to bring (will try and remember them).
